Miley has always been the best little sleeper. If we go somewhere she is so good to still take her nap on the go, even at the pool she would just fall asleep laying on a towel. Although I was pretty surprised to see her fall asleep here on the counter. I was just making us lunch and I guess she coundn't hold out any longer. Too funny! Love this girl!!!

My baby is turning 1! Wow how time has flown by, she has been such a blessing in my life for many reasons. She is a very paticular little girl but sweet and loving as well. I just adore every miniute with her. We had some friends come over and help us Celebrate her 1 year old Birthday. We had City barbeque for dinner with lots of snacks and yummy treats and of course Cake. She didn't care too much about the cake the 1st time we offered it to her. Then the second time we offered it she put her mouth right on it and then slamed her hand in it. Too cute!!

I can't believe my little girl is 7 years old going into second grade. Wow, how she has grown up even just over the summer. She has such a sweet spirit about her. She loves spending time with her Daddy. She has become quit the Daddy's Girl. She did not want her daddy to miss her birthday party. So Mike sacrificed his sleep to go to her "Pool Party." I was a little nervous because there was thunder and lightening in the morning but it cleared up just in time for the party.

This was absolutely one of my favorite years. The kids had so much fun and couldn't wait to go back each night. They learned so much! Last day of school with some friends. We threw a surprise

party for all the neighbor kids and had a big sundae bar and

water games. Then later we had a bon fire and had smores.

Still not feeling 100% but Happy most of the time.
She got tubes put in her ears on May 18th. She was such a
good girl. She didn't cry more that any other baby there like
I thought she would. She was funny when they put her under
she would try and put her head up to see what was going on
but then she would just lay on me. She went right to the
nurse with no fuss and the Dr. said she did Awesome!
Well it is 10 days later and I still think we are dealing with a
ear infection. Ugh... Dr's tomorrow Hopefully soon we will
have are giggle little Miley back to normal.

Spring Break and Mike's Vacation

It was so nice to have Mike home for a whole week. I was able to do a honey due list almost everyday. He was kindof sick of it my the end of the week though. He put me in a new light in the kitchen and put knobs on the cabinets and we also got to go pick out all new appliances. Yeay! It has really changed the look of the kitchen and is super fun to clean (as for now) We also went to Fort Rapids and spent the day. The kids had a bawl! Miley wasn't sure at first when I put her in the water, then Micah decided to take her in and she loved it. She just needed her big brother. They have such an amazing connection. She loves him to pieces and I think he would almost do anything for her.

My dear friend Sandi had to say Goodbye to her husband of 14 years. He went home to be with the Lord on December 21st. My heart goes out to Sandi. I Love her and would do anything for her. She is an amazing person. I am so Thankful to be her friend and a part of her life. Praying for you always Sandi. Love you

It is with a heavy heart that I write this post this evening. On Sunday, December 21st, our dear friend and AC180 co-founder Stefan Tarapchak passed away. Those that have followed AC180 since it’s beginning know that Stefan accepted the battle of stage IV colon cancer with honor, courage and fought like a warrior. While none of us, in our finite understanding, will ever be able to explain the ways and workings of an infinite God, we can testify to the strength of Stefan. His faith never waivered, his mission was clear. Stef’s journey touched lives both in person and throughout the world wide web. He lived the vision of AC180.

He loved his children and was a committed Dad.

He loved his wife and was a committed Husband.

He loved people and was a committed friend.

He loved Jesus and brought God glory.

On a personal note, I would say that when Stef and I cast the vision for AC180 in my home office, we had no idea that this journey was on the horizon. I now understand that God, in his providence, was creating a band of brothers and online community of support that would mean so much to Stefan in his battle. The contributors to this blog supported Stef through prayer and email. We linked arms and hit our knees as a band of brothers. Each contributor was a cherished friend to Stefan. I cannot put into words what your support meant to Stefan. I cannot thank you for what your prayers meant to me. I would ask now that you support Stef’s wife Sandi and their 3 children through your prayers and love.

To each of you that have commented, emailed and sent text with your condolences, I thank you. I look forward, with great anticipation, to the day when our spirits will sour as we meet one another. More than that, I look forward to the day when our time, our thoughts, our hearts and souls will worship the almighty. Because he conquered the grave, Stefan is forever home where there is no sorrow and no pain.

Well done my good and faithful servant.

Trick or Treat

Micah and McKenna wanted to be army guys this year for Halloween. It was nice because it was easy. Miley was a cute little fairy princess. She looked adorable in her tutu. It made her look like a chunky monkey. (Too cute!) We had a great time running around the neighborhood. Then a bunch of neighbors got together for a little party. The kids had a bawl exchanging all their candy.

Yes, I am also blessed to have family and a wonderful husband, but as most of you know, I don't get to spend time with my family in Utah too often. What a Awesome relaxing weekend. We had such a great time being with the family and friends. The kids just had a ball playing non-stop. They loved racing there bikes around the cove-a-sack, having water fights and riding there bikes on the trails. We thought it would be a fun project for the kids to make tie-dyed t-shirts one afternoon. The kids didn't end up helping much, so it was actually a fun project for the adults. We had a great time sitting around the fire eating s'mores every night. I think that is my favorite part about camping. This is such a awesome tradition. I look forward to going every year.

Well the kids have survived the first few weeks of school. It seems to be going well. The kids really like there teachers and are glad to be back on a schedule. Or I guess you could say I am glad to be back on a schedule. It came just at the right time . I have been enjoying my time alone with Miley during the day. Sandi and I have offered them many of other things to do other than going to the pond and fishing, but they can't seem to get their minds off of fishing. So today we caved in and let them go. It feels so good to hold Miley in my arms, to touch, to smell, and to kiss her sweet soft skin. Miley weighed in at 5lbs 14oz, with a length of 18 inches. Labor and delivery was quick and with no complications. I feel great and look forward to taking baby Miley home.

Mckenna turned 6 on Thursday, June 19. I love summer Birthday's when you can break the grill out and enjoy the outdoors with friends and family. We took full advantage of the nice weather and had the best birthday ever.

We are so happy to say the walls are finally painted and the crib is up with just hours to spare. This has been quit the wait, but well worth it. We now have a room to welcome home baby Miley complete with pink walls.

Micah has enjoyed playing with K'nex for some time now. If he is home and inside most likely he is playing K'nex. Summer has begun!

Well we survived the first week of Summer. The kids did well with jobs and homework all week They we're excited to see the allowance at the end of the week. So hopefully they will stay motivated. We have been going to the new Hilliard pool. It is so much fun, with all the new slides and lazy river. The kids had lot's of friends to play with and we're very entertained. We are looking forward to spending lots of time there this summer. Hopefully even with baby Miley. She will be here before we know it. We are getting extremely excited and can't wait for her to be here.
We didn't have pools like this when we we're kids. We had to make are own fun. Like jumping on the tramp with the sprinker. My kids actually thought it was a blast!

McKenna was in the church children's Musical this year. She had such a fun time. She went to practice every week and enjoyed learning all the new songs. She was excited to get up on stage. She said she was nervous but never showed it once. Good Job McKenna!

What a Awesome year of Soccer. They won every game but one. It was so much fun to watch this season. Every game was so intense. They had such a great team that played so well together. The team played Awesome at the tournament and done so good they only lost to one team. The team was actually from a different league and had such a great advantage on us. I was impressed with Micah and his aggressiveness. On one of the games he ended up with a yellow card. He was pretty upset about it. But the coach and his Mom and Dad we're Happy because he was playing so aggressive.

I have the greatest friends ever. They threw me a wonderful baby shower. It was so much fun. I got lots of great new things for baby Miley. Sandi made this most amazing diaper cake. It took 192 diapers and many many hours. Mike also came and joined in the fun and and dressed up in this baby tool belt for a fun game or a good laugh. Thank you to the greatest friends ever!

This was such a interesting Easter this year! First of all the Easter Bunny came early on Friday. We went to Michigan to Celebrate with Grandma and Papa but they we're at the Hospital all weekend with Uncle PJ. He was in a boxing match on Saturday and ended up with a broken Jaw and had to have surgery. The kids had fun playing with their cousin's and they all got to go to church together. Grandma bought them a Wii for Easter so they we're pretty happy! Shantay and I filled in by making dinner. Mike and Toby even made Papa special ribs. They we're Awesome! Overall I guess it was a pretty Special Easter!

20 '' Winter Storm shatters 98 year old record

We woke up to no power and mountains of snow. Nothing like feeling a little trapped at home. Everything in town was closed and all sports events we're canceled. The power was out most the night and didn't turn on until 2:30 in the afternoon. We we're happy that we had a fireplace so Mike could make us a fire to stay warm. When the power turned on the Kids we're ecstatic to be able to go outside and play. They had fun building a tunnel through the snow and some of the neighbors came and joined in the fun. We made the most of it by making yummy treats, playing games and watching movies.

How great is our God! A God who amazingly puts people in our lives, for his purpose and for his glory. This has been a week of reflection of my life that involves so many people who have made me into who I am today. IT'S A GIRL!

We will be welcoming a new Baby girl in June. Due to a successful Level 2 ultrasound everything looks great! The anticipation of having another baby in our home has created an excitement among the whole family. We are looking forward to her arrival and the many blessing's that she will bring to our family.

Boy Or Girl?

This was my second Ultra sound at 12 weeks. You may not be able to see if it is a boy or girl but you sure are able to see those cute little hands. We have the next Ultra sound scheduled for Feb. 8th and are looking forward to see what God is going to bless us with. McKenna has desperately been praying for a girl, and Micah is praying for a boy. Michael and I are praying for a healthy baby. OK I have been secretly praying for a girl as well. But ultimately the excitement of a new baby is just over whelming. I can't believe how anxious and excited I get everyday.
